Abstract

Tematika diplomske naloge je razvoj in implementacija aplikacije za spremljanje skupne učinkovitosti delovanja stroja. Predstavljena je metoda TPM, katere najboljši pokazatelj uspešnosti je prav skupna učinkovitost delovanja stroja OEE. Celoto aplikacijo smo razvili za krmilnik Simatic S7-300 v povezavi z operacijskim panelom MP-270B, ki sta v delu tudi dobro opisana. Za programiranje smo potrebovali programsko orodje, ki je zajeta znotraj dela. Predstavljene so tudi tehnično tehnološke zahteve aplikacije, ki zajemajo vsa navodila in celoten potek razvoja. Ker smo aplikacijo tudi vpeljali v proizvodnji proces, so v zadnjem poglavju predstavljeni tudi rezultati aplikacije in težave, s katerimi smo se srečevali v okviru testiranja.

Secondary title: Development and implementation of aplication for monitoring the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Secondary abstract: The theme of diploma is development and establishment of application for monitoring overall efficiency of machine performance. TPM is the presented method, of which most adequate indicator of effectiveness is also overall equipment effectiveness. We developed complete application for programmable logic controller Simatic S7-300 in connection with operation panel MP-270B, which are additionally well described in diploma work. For programming, we needed software tool, covered within our framework. Technically technological requirements are also presented for application and the entire workflow. Since we also implemented application in manufacturing process, the results of applications and difficulties that we encountered in testing framework are presented in the last section.
