Konstruiranje, preračun in izdelava linije za pakiranje mesnih izdelkov

Abstract

Diplomsko delo temelji na snovanju in konstruiranju transportne linije, ki je namenjena za pakiranje različnih kosov govejega mesa. Pakirna linija je zasnovana kot vmesni člen celotnega sistema za predelavo govejega mesa. Predstavljen je celoten proces od idejne zasnove in pregleda tehničnih zahtev do same izdelave transportnega sistema za pakiranje. V uvodu sta pregled obstoječega stanja pri naročniku in na trgu ter opis zahtev in omejitev. V nadaljevanju je opisan materialni tok, predvideno je potrebno število delovnih mest. Sledi preračun transportnega sistema in izbira vgradnih delov. V zaključnem delu pa sta navedena priprava tehnične dokumentacije in modeliranje, ki je potrebno za končno izdelavo samega izdelka.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis is based on designing and construction of the conveyor line, which is designed for packaging different parts of beef meat. A packaging line is designed as a part of the entire system for beef processing. There is a presentation of the entire process. From making a concept of design and technical requirements studying to the manufacturing of the whole system of the packaging line. In the introduction, an overview of the current situation at the customer and a review of the global market are made. There are some requirements and restrictions that we need to pay attention to. In the main part, there is a description of a material flow and a calculation about total number of employees that we need. This is followed by an analysis of each conveyor and a presentation of some inbuilt parts. Preparation of technical documentation that is needed for manufacturing and 3D modeling are described at the end.
