Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo razčlenili problematiko podjetja Forstek d.o.o., ki ima težave z dobavo komprimiranega zraka oziroma premajnim tlakom pri končnem porabniku ter previsoko temperaturo v kompresorski postaji. Preverili smo tudi, ali lahko na obstoječo tlačno posodo priključimo dodatne porabnike. Po opravljenih izračunih za padec tlaka v cevovodu, preverjanju ustreznosti tlačne posode in prezračevanja kompresorske postaje, so se v podjetju odločili za rekonstrukcijo cevovoda, zamenjavo tlačne posode in kompresorjev. Po teh ukrepih proizvodnja zopet deluje optimalno.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis we have analysed the problem of the company Forstek d.o.o., that was having problems with the supply of compressed air, too low pressure to the final consumer and too high temperature at the compressor room. We also checked whether additional consumers could be connected to the existing air receiver. After performing the calculations for the pressure drop in the pipeline, checking the suitability of the air receiver and compressor room ventilation, the company decided to reconstruct the pipeline and change the compressor and the air receiver. After these measures have been done, the production is optimal again.
