Abstract
Streha kot peta fasada predstavlja mejo med zunanjim in notranjim prostorom. Njena glavna funkcija je zaščita objekta pred zunanjimi vremenskimi vplivi. Pri ravnih in poševnih strehah si lahko prostore pod streho naredimo bolj prijazne z uporabo transparentnih elementov in tako pridobimo več naravne svetlobne površine. V diplomskem delu smo izvedli primerjavo transparentnih elementov za ravne strehe in pregledali njihove lastnosti, prednosti ter tudi slabosti. Hkrati smo opredelili toplotne izgube, ki nastanejo predvsem pri nekakovostni gradnji, in znatno vplivajo na stroške energije v stavbi. Stroški dobave in vgradnje transparentnih elementov so pridobljeni s strani izvajalcev krovsko – kleparske dejavnosti.
V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo s pomočjo izvedbe vrednostne analize prikazali izbor najustreznejše variante za izvedbo transparentnega elementa za ravne strehe. Vrednostna analiza je zajemala tri variante transparentnih elementov; strešno kupolo, strešno okno s fiksno zasteklitvijo in klasično strešno okno s sredinskim vpetjem.

Secondary abstract: |
The roof as a major construction element of every building represents a boundary line between the outside and the inside. Its main function is to protect the building from weather conditions. With flat and slanting roofs we can create a more inhabitant-friendly interior using transparent elements, which allow us to harvest more sunlight. In our diploma thesis we compare different types of transparent elements for flat and slanting roofs and review their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. We also define heat losses which arise with low-quality construction and have a considerable effect on the buildings' energy consumption and costs. Supply costs and transparent element installation costs were gathered from construction providers.
In the second part of the diploma thesis we have prepared a value analysis and are thus able to show a selection of the most suitable options of transparent element installation for flat roofs. The value analysis captures three variants of transparent elements: a skylight, a fixed roof window and a classic roof window for flat roofs. |
