diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Informatika v organizaciji in managementu
Abstract
Učinkovitost podjetja je bistvenega pomena za njegovo uspešnost; to še posebej velja v degradiranih panogah industrije, kamor lesna industrija z nizkimi donosi na zaposlenega vsekakor sodi.
V diplomskem delu smo opisali razvoj programske rešitve za spremljanje proizvodnje opažnih plošč. Po natančni proučitvi delovnih operacij in uporabi obstoječih normativov smo v programu MS Access pripravili rešitev, ki omogoča vnos izdelanih količin, porabo časa in porabo posameznih materialov, hkrati pa omogoča vodenje poimenske zasedenosti delovnih mest, izračuna uspešnost posamezne izmene oziroma posameznega delavca. Slednje omogoča optimalno razporediti delavce po delavnih mestih, kjer so uspešnejši oziroma jih pravično nagrajevati. Izpis količine porabljenih materialov na enoto proizvoda zagotavlja optimalno porabo materialov in v primeru lepil doprinaša k končni kvaliteti izdelka.
Programsko rešitev smo tudi poskusno začeli uporabljati in prvi rezultati so zelo spodbudni.

The company's efficiency is essential to its success, and this is especially important in degraded industry, what the timber industry with low yields per employee certainly is.
In this thesis, we describe the development of software solutions for monitoring the production of formwork panels. After careful examination of operations and use of the existing norms, we prepared solution in MS Access, which enables to put in the manufactured quantities, time and materials consumption, calculates a success of each shift, or an individual employee. This enables users to locate workers to the right working place where they can work efficiently. A report with quantity of materials used in products ensures optimal use of materials and in case of adhesives contributes to the quality of the final product.
We also started using developed software solutions in production and the first results are very encouraging. |
