Abstract

Testiranje lastnih produktov je ključnega pomena za dolgotrajno sodelovanje podjetja z njihovimi strankami. Med pomembnejšimi dejavniki pri sklepanju novih poslovnih pogodb je zagotovitev za brezhibno delovanje lastnega produkta. Pri tem se je potrebno posvetiti vsaki malenkosti posebej - od funkcijskega delovanja (električni in programski sklop) do mehanskih lastnosti. Diplomsko delo se navezuje na vzdržljivost nosilnih koles drsnih vrat, kar predstavlja mehansko lastnost izdelka. Ta so majhna, in se s časom lahko kritično deformirajo, v primeru slabe lastnosti materiala. Za zagotavljanje vzdržljivosti tega dela izdelka, smo se lotili izdelave testne naprave za pospešeno staranje koles.

Secondary abstract: Testing own products is of an essential meaning for a long-term collaboration between a company and it's clients. Among the most important factors in concluding new business contracts is to ensure the functioning of own product. In doing so, it is essential to focus on every little detail. The diploma thesis is referring to the durability of load-bearing wheels of sliding door. They are small and can criticaly deform with time. To ensure the durability of this parts in this product, we created a testing device for accelerating the aging of wheels.
