Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena rešitev problematike ročnega piljenja luknjača s pomočjo robotskega manipulatorja ABB IRB 120. S pomočjo DeviceNet protokola smo komunicirali med PLC-jem ter robotom za izmenjavo potrebnih podatkov. Opisana je uporaba senzorike in del logike programiranja. Predstavljena je robotska celica, izdelana v časovnem intervalu štirih mesecev, v katero smo vključili nujno potrebna varnostna stikala. Rezultat je robotska celica za avtomatsko piljenje luknjačev. Luknjači za luknjanje folije so enako nabrušeni in s tem se podaljša tudi njihova življenjska doba. Ta rešitev je podjetju, ki doslej še ni uporabljalo robotov, pripomogla k delni rešitvi in mu pomeni izziv za nadaljnjo robotizacijo.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a solution to the problem of manual filing of perforators by using the robotic manipulator ABB IRB 120. We used the DeviceNet protocol to establish a communication between the PLC and the robot in order to exchange relevant data. The thesis also contains a description of the sensory system in use and a part of the logic behind the programming. The robotic cell, created in a four-month interval, is also presented. We have added the necessary safety switches. The result is a robotic cell for automatic filing of perforators. Perforators for puncturing foils are filed to the same length, which extends their life span. This solution provided the company that did not use robots so far a partial solution, and it means a challenge for their further robotization.
