Abstract

V diplomskem delu sta predstavljena zgradba in delovanje elektronske tehtnice, ki mora omogočati implementacijo tehtanja v različne proizvodne procese ter povezavo z napravami, ki omogočajo avtomatizacijo procesov. Najprej so raziskani principi tehtanja glede na različne tipe merilnih celic. V nadaljevanju je diplomsko delo osredotočeno na merilne celice z uporovnimi lističi. Določena je zgradba merilne naprave ter implementirana ustrezna analogna in digitalna obdelava signalov oziroma filtrov.

Secondary abstract: The structure and operation of electronic scales are presented in this diploma work. Using these scales the implementation of the weighing in different production processes is enabled. The connectivity of these scales enables automation of processes. I researched weighing principles for different types of load cells. Later we focused on load cells with strain gauges. We defined the structure of a measuring device and implemented appropriate analog and digital signal processing and filtering.
