Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava stroškovno analizo dveh postopkov MAG varjenja, in sicer klasično ročno varjenje in robotsko varjenje za izdelek Nosilec strehe za prtljago. Nosilec strehe za prtljago je eden izmed sestavnih delov za vozila znamke Mercedes-Benz G 270 CDI, G 280 CDI ali G 300 CDI. Sestavljen je iz treh delov, in sicer iz dveh polizdelkov (Nosilec in Ojačitev) ter štirioglate matice M8. Za namen stroškovne analize obeh postopkov varjenja je bilo potrebno izdelati prototipni izdelek in varilno pripravo, na podlagi česar smo izmerili tehnološke čase in določili ter ocenili stroške. Stroškovno ugodnejši postopek varjenja smo izbrali na podlagi izračuna lastne cene izdelka za operacijo varjenja in dodatne potrebne operacije brušenja s pomočjo obrazca Stroškovna kalkulacija. Izkazalo se je, da je stroškovno ugodnejši in primernejši postopek robotskega MAG varjenja izdelka.

Secondary abstract: The diploma deals with the cost analysis of two MAG welding processes, which are classic hand welding and robotic welding for product Bracket for luggage roof. Bracket for luggage roof is one of the main parts for vehicles Mercedes-Benz G 270 CDI, G 280 CDI or G 300 CDI. It consists of three parts; two of them are intermediate products (Bracket and Reinforcement) and a square nut M8. In needs of cost analysis for both of the two welding processes we needed to make a prototype product and welding appliance, based on which we measured machining times and then defined and graded production costs. Looking at the costs, more appropriate welding process was chosen based on calculation of products cost price, considering welding operation and additional necessary operation of grinding. For this we used Cost calculation form. The best cost efficient welding process turned out to be the robotic MAG welding process.
