Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je prikazan opis, zgradba ter delovanje CNC strojev. Kar vključuje tudi uporabo rezilnega orodja ter vpenjalnih pripomočkov. Glavni del diplomske naloge je prikazati primerjavo izdelave ohišja iz aluminija na 3- in 5-osnem obdelovalnem stroju, kjer je prikazana tehnologija obdelave po operacijah. Podane so bistvene razlike med njima, prikaz stroškov obdelave. Na koncu je razvidno, na katerem stroju bi bilo bolj smiselno izdelati ohišje.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma thesis introduces the description, structure and operation of CNC machine tools. At the same time it includes also the usage of cutting tools and binding accessories. The main purpose of the diploma thesis is to introduce the comparison of the of aluminium housing production both on 3- and 5-axis machine tool whereby the course of processes in individual operations is illustrated. This thesis represents basic differences between both machine tools and indicates the costs of processing. In the conclusion it is evident which machine tool is more appropriate for the production of housing.
