diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Informatika v organizaciji in managementu
Abstract
Diplomska naloga predstavlja razvoj rešitve in izdelavo spletne aplikacije za elektronsko prijavo in evidenco incidentov v delovanju strojne in programske opreme pri strankah, s katerimi ima podjetje sklenjene vzdrževalne pogodbe. Z aplikacijo bodo sledili incidentu od prijave do rešitve oziroma odprave težave.
V prvem delu je predstavljeno podjetje, problem, ki ga rešujemo, in cilji naloge. Nato so predstavljena programska orodja za izvedbo rešitve.
Sledi predstavitev teoretičnih osnov, na podlagi katerih je bila izdelana rešitev. Osrednji del diplomske naloge pa predstavlja podatkovni model, tok informacij oziroma procese, opis izdelave vnosnih obrazcev in preglednih mask.
V zaključku pa je opisana ocena učinkov in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja aplikacije.

The thesis is describing the solution and the process of creating a web application for electronic registration and the recording of incidents caused by hardware and software with the customers with whom the company has concluded a maintenance contract. With the help of the application it will be possible to follow incidents from reporting stage to the solution and correction of the problem.
The first part presents the company, the problem being solved and the objectives of the task. Then the software tools used for the implementation of solutions are presented.
This is followed by the presentation of the theoretical basis on which the solutions were made. The central part of the thesis presents the data model, the workflow, the description of user interface and reporting modules.
In conclusion the assessment of the effects and possibilities of further development of the application are described. |
