Abstract
Gospodarjenje s časom je eden bistvenih elementov produktivnosti proizvodnega podjetja. Današnje razmere na trgu ne dopuščajo, da bi resna proizvodnja delovala brez sprotnih podatkov. Pravočasne informacije iz proizvodnje so eden od temeljev za ohranjanje konkurenčnosti, ustvarjanje zaupanja vrednega poslovnega partnerstva med dobaviteljem in kupcem ter za samo upravljanje proizvodnje.
Podjetje Kopa d.d. je za podporo interaktivnemu spremljanju in vodenju proizvodnje izdelalo prilagodljiv sistem UTRIP.PRO, ki po uvedbi nudi boljši nadzor nad dogajanjem v proizvodnih procesih. Program omogoča, da se lahko v proizvodnih procesih beležijo časi prisotnosti delavcev na delovnem centru in operaciji. Evidentirajo se izdelane količine, izmet, napake in zastoji. Analitični modul programa pa omogoča dobro analizo zajetih podatkov.

Secondary abstract: |
Time management is one of the essential elements of productivity of the manufacturing companies. Today's market situation does not allow them to operate without serious production line data. Accurate information from the production is among the foundations for maintaining competitiveness, creating a trustworthy business partnership between the supplier and the purchaser and for production management.
In order to support interactive monitoring and management of production, Company Kopa d.d. has produced UTRIP.PRO, which offers better control over the production processes. The program enables recording the times of the presence of workers at the work centre and operation in production processes. The quantity produced, scrap, errors and delays are recorded. Analytical module of the program enables a thorough analysis of the acquired data. |
