Abstract

Pri računalniško izdelanih modelih z določenimi dimenzijami je težko spreminjati dimenzije in lastnosti modela. S parametričnim modelom je enostavno spremeniti željene dimenzije s spreminjanjem vrednosti parametrov. Prednost je v tem, da ni treba ponovno izdelovati celotnega modela. Parametrično modeliranje je vključeno v vsak novejši program za računalniško modeliranje. V nalogi je prikazan postopek parametričnega modeliranja planetnega gonila. Predstavljene so lastnosti planetnih gonil, njihova uporaba ter vrste. Planetna gonila so tako raznolika in imajo toliko načinov uporabe, da skoraj ni področja, kjer ne bi bila uporabljena. Pri konstruiranju izdelkov je smiselno uporabljati standardne elemente, zato so ti tudi predstavljeni in vključeni v model. Podrobneje je predstavljen vsak sklop vključen v končno sestavo gonila. Narejena je tudi simulacija gonila z izbranimi parametri.

Secondary title: Parametric modelling of planetary gear
Secondary abstract: In the case of computer generated models with fixed dimensions it is difficult to change dimensions or properties of the model. In case of parametric design only parameter values need to change in order to modify the model. The advantage of parametric approach is that there is no need to design the whole model again. Parametric modelling is included in all recent versions of computer aided designs programs. The study will show the process of parametric modelling of planetary gear. I will present the characteristics of planetary gear units, their usage and types. Planetary gears are so diverse and have so many uses that there is almost no area where they are not used. In the design of the products it makes sense to use standard elements, therefore, the standard elements that are included in the mode will be presented. Each set included in the final composition of the gear unit will be shown more specifically. Simulation of the gear unit with the selected parameters will be shown at the end of the study.
