Abstract

Osnovni cilj proizvodnje po naročilu je predvsem zagotoviti dobavo kupcem v obljubljenih rokih, kateri pa so dandanes vedno krajši. Da lahko dosegamo zastavljene dobavne roke z minimalnimi stroški, moramo optimalno razvrstiti delovne naloge tako, da so pretočni časi čim krajši. Zato se moramo dobro seznaniti z terminiranjem in njegovimi metodami. Ker vse metode ne dajo enako dobrih rezultatov, moramo za razvrščanje delovnih nalogov izbrati tisto, ki najbolje ustreza našemu sistemu. V diplomski nalogi smo na realnem primeru preučili prednostna pravila in hevristično metodo terminiranja ter ugotovili, katera najbolje ustreza našemu podjetju.

Secondary abstract:	The main goal of the build-to-order-production is to deliver the product to the customer within the specified deadline. Nowadays, deadlines are becoming increasingly shorter. In order to meet the specified delivery deadlines at minimal cost, tasks need to be scheduled in a way that will make the flow times as short as possible. That is why it is important to learn about scheduling and its methods. Since not all methods of scheduling provide equally good results, we need to choose the one that is the most suitable for our system of task scheduling. This graduation thesis involves a case study and treats the priority rules as well as the heuristic method of scheduling in order to find out which method is the most suitable for our company.
