Abstract

V diplomskem delu je obravnavana problematika zmanjšanja osončenja in s tem povezane slabše kvalitete bivanja v obstoječih stanovanjskih objektih, zaradi umestitve novogradnje bloka v njhovi neposredni okolici. V nalogi bomo predstavili značilnosti in pomen naravnega osončenja ter prikazali vpliv osončenja na realnem primeru. S pomočjo geodetskih meritev na terenu smo izdelali 3D-model osončenja obstoječega stanja in stanja pred izgradnjo bloka. Model osončenja smo izvedli s pomočjo programa Google SketchUp 2016.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis discusses the reduction of solar exposure and the related lower quality of life in existing housing due to the placement of a new apartment building in its immediate surroundings. In the thesis we will present the characteristics and the significance of insolation and demonstrate the influence of insolation on a real case. With the help of geodetic measurements on field, we created a 3D-model of the insolation of the existing situation and the situation prior to the construction of the apartment building. We developed the model of insolation with the help of Google SketchUp 2016 programme.
