Abstract
V diplomski nalogi prikažemo energetsko sanacijo stavbe, da bi le-ta postala energetsko učinkovitejša. Za sanacijo so izbrani materiali, ki so trenutno na tržišču. Izbrana so nova okna, fasada, dodana strešna okna, vhodna vrata, ogrevalna naprava in toplotna črpalka za pripravo tople vode. Zaradi boljše energetske učinkovitosti smo sanirali tudi tla neogrevanega podstrešja. Izdelali smo tudi energetsko izkaznico in prikazali skupne stroške investicije in čas, v katerem bi se investicija povrnila.
Po prikazanih izračunih je saniran objekt energetsko učinkovitejši, zmanjšali so se tudi stroški ogrevanja, kar bo lastnikom znatno zmanjšalo stroške.

Energy reconstruction of residential house |
Secondary abstract: |
Diploma thesis provides insight into energy reconstruction of a residential house in order to make it more energy efficient. The materials chosen for reconstruction are currently available on the market. Reconstruction includes new windows, facade, roof windows, front door, heating system and heat pump for warm water. We reconstructed the floor of unheated attic to make the building even more efficient. We prepared Energy Performance Certificate. In the last part, we summed up all expenses and calculated time in which this reconstruction would pay off.
According to calculations, the building after reconstruction is more energy efficient, the heating costs decreased and the owners' costs will be reduced. |
