Abstract

S spremembo obstoječe konstrukcije in izboljšanjem težišča smo problem odpravili. V diplomskem delu sta opisani obstoječa in posodobljena konstrukcija ter njune medsebojne spremembe. Izveden je trdnostni preračun najbolj obremenjenih elementov in opisan postopek priprave programa za laserski in plazemski razrez pločevine. Rezultati potrjujejo ustreznost nove konstrukcije in nosilnih elementov ščipalnih klešč za les.

Secondary title: Design and production of energy wood head
Secondary abstract: With the existing construction of energy wood head for cutting trees in diameter 18 cm or less, we encountered the problem of blade and grapple jaws not being horizontal. Consequently, the possibility of damage due to the entry of improper matter in the cutting area was increased. We fixed the problem by changing the current construction and improving the center of gravity of the cutters. In the thesis are described the current and the new construction, along with the corresponding changes. Calculation of load capacity was done for the most loaded parts and we described the procedure of preparing a program for cutting the metal sheets with a laser and plasma cutter. Results imply adequacy of new construction and structural parts of the energy wood head.
