Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je opisana izvedba krmiljenja stroja za navijanje profilnega toplotnega menjalnika okoli akumulacijskega hranilnika vode. Zaradi potrebe po hitrejšem delovnem procesu je bil stroj nadgrajen s krmiljem proizvajalca Siemens, model LOGO! 8, ki krmili frekvenčna pretvornika. Dodatno so bile nameščene komponente: prikazovalnik sporočil z upravljanjem, stikala za upravljanje, inkrementalna dajalnika, induktivno tipalo in fotoelektrični senzor. Napisan je bil algoritem za hrambo različnih modelov, opravljena so bila testiranja in meritve nameščenih komponent. Rezultat nadgradnje je: natančnejši in hitrejši proces ovijanja z zanemarljivim pogreškom, cenovna ugodnost, ustvarjeni temelj za prihodnje nadgradnje transportnega sistema na stroj.

Secondary abstract: |
In this BA diploma thesis we offer a described performance of steering a machine for winding a profile heating exchanger around reservoir water container. Due to a need for a faster working process, the machine has been upgraded with a steering of Siemens manufacturer, model LOGO! which steers frequency inverters. Additionally, there had been set the following components: data display with management, switches for management, incremental rotary encoder, inductive sensor and photoelectric sensor. We had written an algorithm for storage of various models, there had been done tests and measurements of set components. The result of reasonably priced upgrade is an accurate and faster wrapping process with a negligible miss and created fundament for future upgrades of a transport system onto the machine. |
