Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena praktična realizacija testne naprave za preverjanje zaneslijvosti rotacijskih kodirnikov. Opisane so vse komponente testirne naprave od rotacijskih kodirnikov, koračnih motorjev, mikrokrmilnika Arduino Mega 2560, gredi. Predstavljene so vse vezalne sheme, elektro načrt in programska koda. Na koncu je opisan test programske kode in test preverjanja zanesljivosti serije rotacijskih kodirnikov.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis, the practical realization of test device for checking the reliability of rotary encoders is presented. All component parts of test device are described: rotary encoders, stepper motors, micro-controller Arduino Mega 2560, shafts. All wiring diagrams, electrical drawing and program (software) code are presented. At the end, the test of program code and the test of checking the reliability of rotary encoders are described.
