Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo najprej predstavili pojma energetske oskrbe ter koncepta energijsko varčne hiše. Nato smo proučili najpogostejše tehnične sisteme za zagotavljanje energetske oskrbe ter predstavili njihove načine delovanja. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela smo dimenzionirali tri variante, ki so predvidevale investicije v različne sisteme energetske oskrbe. Ko smo izvedli izhodiščne izračune energetskih potreb hiše, smo izdelali še izračune ekonomičnosti posamezne investicije ter stopnjo samozadostnosti, ki jo prinaša. Izračuni so pokazali, da je trenutno najbolj ekonomična investicija v toplotno črpalko zrak – voda, največjo stopnjo samozadostnosti pa prinaša varianta s sončno elektrarno.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we first introduce the concept of energy supply and the concept of energy-saving buildings. Then we examine the most common systems which ensure energy supply and present their methods of operation. In the practical part of the thesis we designed three variants, which assumed investments in different systems for energy supply. After we carried out the initial calculations of the energy needs of the house, we have calculated economics of individual investments and the degree of self-sufficiency each investment results in. Calculations have shown that from financial aspect the heat pump is currently the most economical investment, while from the self-sufficiency point of view, among all three variants, solar plant results in the highest degree of energy self-sufficiency.
