diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
V zadnjih letih smo v Sloveniji spremljali razmere, ko so se mnoga podjetja znašla v krizi in je bilo več odpuščanja kot zaposlovanja. V zadnjem obdobju se kaže, da se razmere na tem področju le nekoliko izboljšujejo. V teoretičnem delu predstavljamo prevladujoče strokovne rešitve pri procesu zaposlovanja kadrov, v empiričnem pa praktično izvajanje teh procesov v podjetju B&B d.o.o.. Prikazujemo organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo podjetja, kako podjetje načrtuje zaposlovanje, določa pogoje za zasedbo delovnih mest, kakšne so njegove metode in tehnike pri izbiri in uvajanju kadrov in kdo so nosilci oziroma izvajalci procesa zaposlovanja. Za daljše časovno obdobje analiziramo fluktuacijo kadrov. Z anketnim vprašalnikom, ki smo ga razdelili med zaposlene, smo raziskovali motivacijo in zadovoljstvo pri delu.

Because of the crisis in which we are now, there are a lot of workers being laid off from their jobs and therefore recruitment is now more essential than ever before. The process of recruitment is connected with costs and it also takes time, which is why there is a need for more attention and devotion for planning and selection for personnel staff. Motivation, which should be presence in every company, is for the workers very important, this is reflecting not only in better organizational clime but also as the success of the company. In diploma we presented the process of recruitment in the company of B&B d.o.o.. We looked at the way how company is planning the recruitment, how job descriptions are being defined, what are their methods for candidate selection and who is responsible for hiring new staff. With anonymous polling methods that was shared between the workers of the company we conducted a research of worker satisfaction and motivational factors in the company. |
