Abstract

Sodobni koncepti dela z učenci s posebnimi potrebami temeljijo na načelih inkluzije in integracije. Ne zanemarijo se njihove potrebe in primanjkljaji, zato je pomembno, da se potek diagnosticiranja in ocena njihovih sposobnosti vključuje v vsakodnevno pedagoško delo svetovalnih delavcev. Pomembno vlogo ima svetovalna služba, ki skrbi za omenjene diagnostične postopke in načrtuje delo z njimi. Namen našega magistrskega dela je, da definiramo učence z učnimi težavami ter opredelimo in analiziramo vlogo in nalogo svetovalne službe pri delu z njimi. Obenem pa smo raziskovali tudi pogostost pojavljanja določenih vrst učnih težav na slovenskih šolah. Pri delu z učenci z učnimi težavami pa imajo pomembno vlogo tudi njihovi starši in učitelji, še posebej tisti, ki jih poučujejo. Ovrednotili in analizirali smo vlogo svetovalne službe pri delu s starši in učitelji učencev z učnimi težavami. Cilj našega magistrskega dela je analizirati proaktivne metode svetovalnega delavca pri delu z učenci z učnimi težavami, saj se zavedamo, da so proaktivne oz. preventivne dejavnosti pomemben korak pri zmanjšanju določenih učnih težav. Temeljna naloga svetovalne službe pri delu z učenci z učnimi težavami so postopki dela oz. metode in načini svetovanja. Cilj našega magistrskega dela je analizirati načine pomoči, ki jo svetovalni delavci ponudijo učencem z učnimi težavami. Najpogostejša oblika učnih težav pri učencih po mnenju svetovalnih delavcev so splošne učne težave. Kot najpogostejše učne metode svetovalni delavci pri delu z učenci z učnimi težavami uporabljajo metode razgovora, razlage, prikazovanja in demonstriranja. Najpogostejša proaktivna metoda, ki jo izvajajo svetovalni delavci na slovenskih šolah je razvijanje ustreznih tehnik in strategij učenja.

Secondary abstract: The modern concepts of working with pupils with special needs are based on the principles of inclusion and integration. Their needs and deficits should not be neglected; therefore it is important that the course of diagnosis and evaluation of their skills is included in the everyday pedagogical work of school consultants. The school counselling service has an important role and task since it takes care of the diagnosis procedures and plans to work with the pupils. The purpose of our master's work was to define the pupils with learning disabilities, as well as to identify and analyze the role and task of the school counselling service when working with them. At the same time, we also analysed the frequency of certain types of learning disabilities in Slovenian schools. When working with pupils with learning disabilities, their parents and teachers play an important role, especially those who teach them. We evaluated and analyzed the role of the counselling service when working with parents and teachers of pupils with learning disabilities. The goal of our master's work has been the analysis of proactive methods of school consultants when working with pupils with learning disabilities because we are aware that the proactive or preventive activities are an important step in reducing a specific learning problem. The fundamental tasks of the school counselling service in working with pupils with learning disabilities are the procedures and methods of consulting. The goal of our master's work was to analyse the methods of help offered to pupils with learning disabilities by the school consultants. The most common form of learning disability of pupils according to school consultants are the general learning difficulties. Among the most common teaching methods of school consultants who are working with pupils with learning disabilities are the methods of discussion, interpretation, representation and demonstrate. The most common proactive method used by school consultants in Slovenian schools is the development of the appropriate learning techniques and learning strategies.
