Abstract
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem delu je opisano projektiranje testne proge za izvajanje meritve pretoka odpadne vode. Pri tem so opisani vsi predpisi in določbe, ki urejajo področje izpustov odpadne vode v okolje. Predstavljene so enačbe in izračuni, ki smo jih uporabili za izračun potrebnih podatkovza postavitev testne proge. Ukvarjali smo se tudi z izbiro primerne pretočne črpalke. Črpalko smo potrebovali za pogon odpadne vode po testni progi. Podali smo več različič testne proge, ki bi jih lahko uporabili. V nadaljevanju smo se ukvarjali tudi s finančno platjo postavitve testne proge. Pridobili smo predračune in ponudbe za postavitev.
V drugem delu sledi točen opis delovanja postavljene testne proge. Opisani so vsi postopki zagona testne proge.. Kot prvo smo določili mejne točke delovanja testne proge (hitrost pretoka odpadne vode, višina vodne gladine). Nato smo prešli v izvajanje eksperimentalnega dela na testni progi. Zanimala nas je točnost izmerjenih rezultatov na robnih točkah merilnega območja ultrazvočne sonde, s katero smo merili pretok. Proučevali smo kako bi lahko vplivali na pretok odpadne vode, da bi izmerjeni rezultati bili čimbolj natančni.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis is composed of two parts. The first part describes the design of a test track for the implementation of effluent flow measurements. It contains descriptions of all regulations and provisions governing the area of wastewater discharges into the environment. The equations and calculations that were used for the calculation of necessary information for the test track installation are presented. We also explored the selection of an adequate flow pump that we needed to drive the test track. We presented several versions of the test track that could be used. Then, we also dealt with the financial part of setting up the test track and obtained pro forma invoices and offers for the set up.
Following in the second part is an exact description of the set up test track operation. All processes for commissioning the test track into a functioning condition are described. First, we set the border points of the test line operation (wastewater flow rate, water level). Then, we went onto the implementation of experimental work on the test track. The accuracy of the measured results on the boundary points of the measuring range of the ultrasonic probe we used for measuring the flow was also of interest to us. We studied the ways we could affect the wastewater flow so that the measured results would be as accurate as possible. |
