Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili pomen postavljanja prioritet zahtevam pri razvoju programskih rešitev. Predstavili smo različne tehnike in pristope k določitvi prioritet ter opisali postopke njihove uporabe. S pomočjo ankete smo raziskali, kako poteka postavljanje prioritet v slovenskih podjetjih in oddelkih, ki razvijajo programske rešitve. Preverili smo, kateri kriteriji so pomembni za postavljanje prioritet in katere tehnike se najpogosteje uporabljajo.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis we presented importance of requirements prioritization in development of software solutions. We introduced several different techniques for setting priorities and described their usage procedures. With the help of the survey we explored how setting priorities is done in projects of software development in Slovenian companies. We verified which criteria are important when setting priorities and which techniques are most commonly in use.
