Abstract

Ker se v sedanjem času vse več uporablja lahkih zlitin smo testirali aluminijevo zlitino 7049A, katero smo zvarili med seboj s postopkom varjenja s trenjem in mešanjem. Med seboj smo varili plošče z različnimi parametri varjenja, kjer smo spreminjali število vrtljajev vretena in hitrost varjenja. V tej magistrski nalogi smo opisovali dva preizkusa. Prvi preizkus je natezni preizkus s pomočjo katerega smo določili trdnostne lastnosti zvara in osnovnega materiala. Drugi preizkus je lomnomehanski preizkus s katerim smo določevali lastnosti katere nam povedo kako se material oz. zvar upira širjenju razpoke. Lomnomehanski preizkus se je izvajal po standardu ASTM E 1820, kjer smo uporabili SENB preizkušance. Na koncu smo določili lastnosti in jih med seboj tudi primerjali.

Secondary title: Determination of fracture mechanics properties of the weld joint on aluminium alloy 7049A
Secondary abstract: Because at the present time an increasing number of the used light alloy were tested for aluminium alloy 7049A, which are welded together by the welding process and by the friction stir welding. Between the them are the preserve of panels of different welding parameters, which are varied the number of revolutons of the spindle and welding speed. In this master thesis we describe two test. The first test is a tensile test, where we determine the mechanical strenght properties of the weld and the base material. The second test is the test of Fracture, where we determinate fracture mechanics properties, which tell us how the material or weld resist crack propragation. Fracture test was carried out according to the standard ASTM E 1820 where we used SENB subjects. In the end, we determined the proprerties and between them also compared.
