Abstract
Načrtovanje 110 kV stikališč je kompleksen proces, pri katerem je potrebno upoštevati veliko različnih postopkov; od umestitve v prostor in vključitve v elektroenergetski sistem do končne izgradnje. Vplivi na okolje in omejen prostor ter tehnološke zahteve pogojujejo skrbno načrtovanje, zato so v diplomskem delu obravnavana 110 kV stikališča (GIS) v zaprtih prostorih, izolirana s plinom SF6.
110 kV stikališča so objekti državnega pomena. Skladnost s prostorskimi plani mora biti upoštevana pri vseh korakih načrtovanja. Pri gradnji je potrebno upoštevati zakonodajo in vplive na okolje.
Poznavanje teorije načrtovanja, standardov in tehničnih rešitev vodilnih proizvajalcev tovrstne opreme predstavljajo temeljno izhodišče za definiranje tehničnih značilnosti 110 kV stikališč.
Pomembno je uporabljati enotne izraze, skladne s Slovenskimi elektrotehničnimi slovarji.
V diplomskem delu so opisane smernice in postopki, katere je priporočljivo slediti pri načrtovanju stikališč. Izveden je tudi primer dimenzioniranja elementov stikališča glede na električni tok in napetost.

Design of the 110 kV switching substations is a complex process in which it is necessary to take into account a lot of different procedures; from placement in space and integration into the electricity system to the final execution. Effects on the environment with limited space and technological requirements demand careful planning, thus the thesis deals with 110 kV indoor switchgear (GIS), insulated by SF6 gas.
110 kV switching substations are objects of national importance. In all stages of planning we have to consider compliance with spatial plans. While construction is in progress, it is necessary to take into account the legislation and environmental impacts.
Knowledge of design theory, standards and technical solutions, set by leading equipment manufacturers, represents a fundamental starting point for defining the technical characteristics of the 110 kV switching substations.
It is important to use uniform terms in line with the Slovenian electrotechnical vocabulary.
The thesis describes the guidelines and procedures, which are advisable to follow when planning switching substations. An example of dimensioning of switching substation elements, according to electric current and voltage, is also presented. |
