diplomsko delo
Abstract
V proizvodno linijo implementirana kamera zajame sliko vsakega proizvoda. Komunikacija kamere in industrijskega krmilnika poteka preko digitalnih vhodov in izhodov obeh naprav.
Cilj diplomskega dela je bil dosežen, saj se je optična kontrola dimenzij in barve proizvodov s pomočjo pametne kamere izkazala za zelo zanesljivo in cenovno ugodno rešitev popolnega nadzora proizvodnje avtomobilskih varovalk.

Visual inspection of products using smart camera |

The automated optical supervision of serial manufactured products is the modern way of ensuring a flawless result at the end of the production line. This procedure eliminates the possibility of the distribution of imperfect products which would cause costumer dissatisfaction and reclamation. In the initial phase we recorded the current global standards of the visual inspection systems for dimension and colour. The camera which we have decided to use was produced by the OMRON Company. We have integrated it into the assembly process of the type NORM automobile fuses. The main reason to integrate a system which will not allow any possibility of defective products reaching the customer was a customer’s reclamation caused by dimensional and/or colour inadequate products. The camera that would be integrated into the system would capture an image of every product. The system would then use a principle of certain pre-determined dimensions and colours which it compares to the dimensions and colours of the products, all unfit fuses are going to be moved by a pneumatic cylinder to a predetermined location for ejected products. The basis of these dimension and colour margin parameters is the ISO 8820-3:2010 standard. It defines the dimension tolerance and colour of automobile fuses. The communication between the camera and industrial controller is based on digital inputs and outputs on both devices.
The goal of this diploma was successfully achieved, since the optical inspection of dimensions and colours of products with the help of a smart camera turned out to be a very reliable and financially affordable solution for an error free control of automobile fuse production. |
