Abstract

Osrednja tematika diplomskega dela je raziskava virov odpadne toplotne energije v podjetju Talum d.d. in priprava projekta, ki predstavlja možnost izrabe enega od teh virov. Najprej je zaradi lažjega razumevanja področja predstavljen sistem ogrevanja v podjetju. Sledi preučitev obstoječega katastra in njegova posodobitev. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena Poslovna Enota Rondelice in njene potrebe po ogrevanju. Sledi priprava projekta s snovanjem sistema, preračunom toplotnega menjalnika, izbiro standardnih strojnih elementov in 3D modeliranjem sklopa toplotnega menjalnika z loputo. Na koncu so povzete ugotovitve v zvezi s projektom in odpadno toploto v podjetju.

Secondary title: Waste heat in the company Talum d.d. and an opportunity of its use
Secondary abstract: Core topic of the undergraduate thesis is study of waste heat sources in company Talum d.d. and preparation of the project, which represents a use for one of those sources. Firstly the heating system in company is presented for easier understanding, followed by revision of current waste heat cadastre and its update. Next segment is presentation of the business unit Rondelice and its heating needs. This was followed by preparation of the project by designing the system, calculation of the heat exchanger, selection of the standard mechanical elements and 3D modelling of heat exchanger assembly with the flap. In the end conclusions about the project and waste heat in the company are summarized.
