diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Zaposlovanje kadrov v manjšem podjetju pogosto vsebuje številne posebnosti ter predstavlja velik izziv, saj običajno kadrovska zasedba podjetja ne omogoča, da bi se tem opravilom s polnim delovnim časom posvetila ena ali več oseb. Postopek zaposlovanja oziroma kadrovanja je tako v podjetju razdeljen med več oseb, ki delo opravljajo poleg siceršnjih ključnih zadolžitev v podjetju. Do določene mere so tudi predpisi, na primer Zakon o delovnih razmerjih, prilagojeni manjšim delodajalcem, vendar morajo tudi manjši delodajalci sicer spoštovati ustrezne predpise in smiselno urediti notranje poslovanje na kadrovskem področju svojim objektivnim zmožnostim.
V tem diplomskem delu predstavljamo teoretična spoznanja o procesu zaposlovanja kadrov, v empiričnem delu pa predstavljamo dejavnost, organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo podjetja »X« ter podrobno analiziramo proces zaposlovanja. V zaključnem delu predlagamo seznam opravil in nosilcev procesa zaposlovanja, ki bi bil lahko priloga k veljavnemu pravilniku o sistemizaciji delovnih mest.

Employment of staff in a smaller company often contains many particularities and presents a big challenge, due to the fact that usually human resources of the company don’t enable a one or more persons to dedicate their full working time to this task’s. So is the employment or recruitment process in a company divided between more persons, which perform this task’s in addition to their otherwise key assignments in the company. Regulations, for instance the Employment law (Zakon o delovnih razmerjih), are also to a certain degree adjusted to smaller employers, but also the smaller employers still have to respect appropriate regulations and have to meaningful arrange their inner business processes of employment area according to its objective capabilities.
In this diploma we present theoretical learning’s about the employment process, additionally in empirical part we present business activity, organizational and employment structure of the company “X” and we analyze in detail the process of employment. In closing part we suggest the list of tasks and carriers of employment process, which could be the annex to the companies valid Systematization policy of working places (Pravilnik o sistemizaciji delovnih mest). |
