diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan razvoj in izdelava 3D-tiskalnika. Na začetku se nahaja kratek opis 3D-tiskalnikov (Prusa i3 in Prusa i2), ki sem jih realiziral v sklopu predmetov Projekt 1 in Projekt 2. V nadaljevanju pa je opisan celoten postopek razvoja in izdelave 3D-tiskalnika večjih dimenzij. Diplomsko delo vsebuje tehnične specifikacije 3D-tiskalnika, opisa strojnega, elektronskega in programskega dela in oceno stroškov izdelave ter preizkušanja. Na koncu je podana primerjava vseh izdelanih tiskalnikov glede na njihove tehnične specifikacije, primerjavo kvalitete tiska, stroškov izdelave ter možnosti masovne proizvodnje.

In this diploma thesis there is presented development and making of 3D-printer. At the beginning of thesis there is a brief description of 3D-printers, which I made within subjects Project 1 and Project 2. Further in this document the whole process of development and making of 3D-printer of greater dimensions is described. Thesis includes technical specifications of 3D-printer, the description of electronic part, the description of software part, the evaluation of costs and testing. For conclusion, a comparison for all 3D-printers is made, according to their technical features, print quality, cost of making and the possibility of mass production. |
