Abstract

Diplomsko delo vključuje raziskovanje odločitvenega problema izbire nepremičnine in implementacijo mobilne aplikacije za pomoč pri odločanju. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo s pomočjo preliminarne raziskave v obliki ankete in analize podatkov identificirali funkcionalnosti, ki smo jih kasneje vključili v rešitev. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili osnovne pojme teorije odločanja ter naredili pregled odločitvenih metod. Poudarek je na metodah tipa MAUT, ki smo jih izbrali kot najprimernejše za uporabo v mobilni aplikaciji. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo prikazali potek razvoja mobilne aplikacije in predstavili primer njene uporabe.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis includes the exploration of the decision problem of real estate selection and the implementation of a mobile application to help reach a decision. In the first part, through preliminary research in the form of a survey and a proper data analysis, we were looking for functionalities that we could later incorporate into the solution. Furthermore, we presented the basic concepts of the decision-making theory and included an overview of other decision making methods. We have particularly placed emphasis on the multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT), which was also selected as the most suitable for use in our solution. Finally, we presented the development of the mobile application and illustrated it with an example of use.
