Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava prenovo sistema za energetsko učinkovito skladiščenje sadja. Potrebna je bila podrobna preučitev celotnega sistema, iz katerega so se izluščile komponente, ki so energetsko najmanj učinkovite ter jih je mogoče enostavno zamenjati. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da so to reverzibilni ventilatorji, ki so se v nadaljevanju nadomestili s kombinacijo izjemno učinkovitih ventilatorjev in EC-motorjev. Zaradi enosmerne zasnove teh ventilatorjev in potrebe po reverzibilnem delovanju je bilo potrebno skonstruirati sistem obračanja. Diplomsko delo opisuje njegovo realizacijo ter na koncu prenovo sistema vodenja. V zaključku so predstavljeni pridobljeni rezultati, povzetek analize in ugotovitve o uspešnosti celotnega dela. Podane so tudi smernice za nadaljnje izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: Diploma thesis deals with renovation of control system for energy efficient fruit storage. It was necessary to examine the entire system in detail and extract components that are the least energy efficient and can be easily replaced. Results have shown that these are reversible fans, which were replaced with combination of highly efficient fans and EC motors. Due to one direction design of new fans and the need of reversible operation it was necessary to construct a rotation system. The thesis describes the realization of rotation system and finally renewal of the control system. In conclusion, diploma thesis presents the results obtained, analysis and conclusions concerning the performance of the entire work. It also provides guidance for further improvements.
