Abstract

V poslovnem okolju se učimo iz preteklosti in neprestano iščemo nove rešitve, ideje, metode, vire, ki dopolnjujejo že znano. Spremembe najbolj občutijo zaposleni, saj v takih okoliščinah prihaja do nenadzorovanega spreminjanja zadovoljstva zaposlenih, ki je nemalokrat neugodno oziroma neustrezno za doseganje zadanih ciljev organizacije in posameznika. Vsaka organizacija je edinstvena in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, ki je prisotno v vsakem delovnem okolju, je pogojeno z ravnjo motivacije. Da bi lažje dosegli zastavljene cilje, je smiselno motivacijo v organizaciji preučiti in izmeriti ter na osnovi ugotovljenih odstopanj od želenega cilja določene dimenzije spremeniti oziroma izvajati ukrepe za dosego ugodnejšega zadovoljstva. Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je najbolje meriti z vprašalnikom, s pomočjo katerega zaposleni izrazijo svoje doživljanje v organizaciji. Pri tem je pomembno ne le zbiranje podatkov, ampak tudi njihova kasnejša uporaba pri izboljševanju motivacije. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila osnovni pojem motivacije. Predstavljena so teorije, ki se nanašajo na motivacijo zaposlenih. Na koncu diplomske naloge so predstavljeni rezultati ankete ter predlagane izboljšave za motivacijo zaposlenih v Občini Radovljica.

Secondary abstract: In the business environment we have been learning from the past and constantly looking for new solutions, ideas, methods and sources which only complement the known ones. Changes are mostly felt by employees because such circumstances cause uncontrolled changing of employees' satisfaction which can be often tough and inadequate for achieving goals in the organization and also individually. Every organisation is unique and the satisfaction of employees is connected with the level of their motivation. To achieve the goal of a higher motivation level in employees, it is important to study and measure their current motivation and change methods where necessary to achieve higher motivation levels. A questionnaire is the best way for measuring the employees’ satisfaction. People can express their feelings and experience in the organisation. It is important not only to collect the data but also to utilise later to increase the motivation. In the thesis, motivation as the basic item was introduced and also different theories which deal with motivation of the employees. At the end the results of the questionnaire are presented and suggested improvements for increased motivation of employees in the Municipality of Radovljica.
