diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo preverili prisotnost mikrobnih populacij v naravnih bazenih.

STUDY THE PRESENCE OF MICROBIAL POPULATIONS IN THE NATURAL POOLS |
Secondary abstract: |
In this thesis we verify the presence of microbial populations in natural pools was verified. A microbiological analysis to determine the presence of the following bacteria was conducted: Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella sp. and Staphylococcus aureus. The presence of certain types of bacteria were detected, but it was found that the analyzed water contained only small beginnings of these bacteria, that are not dangerous for humans, as they begins to develop only when the temperature reaches 37°C. Since the maximum temperature of the water in these pools may rise up to only 28°C, these bacteria have no potential for development. With a description of a natural swimming pools´function, it was also found that such biological pools are more human friendly than pools with chlorine addition. |
