Abstract

Mednarodno poslovanje je v današnjem globaliziranem svetu vedno bolj nujno za podjetja, če želijo preživeti na trgu in biti v koraku s konkurenti. Ko se podjetje odloči za vstop in nastop na tujem trgu je primorano sprejeti in se učiti novosti ter značilnosti nove kulture ter običaje. S tem podjetje širi svoje obzorje, nadzira konkurente in preučuje nove možnosti rasti. Vendar pa je odločitev o vstopu na nov trg velikokrat zelo težka, saj zraven pozitivnih stvari, ki jih lahko podjetje pridobi s tem korakom, ne smemo pozabiti, da se z vsakim mednarodnim poslovanjem povečujejo tudi tveganja za podjetje. Ker so tveganja za neuspeh velika je potrebno odločitev o vstopu na nov tuji trg zelo dobro preučiti in se tudi za ta korak zelo dobro pripraviti, če podjetje želi doseči uspešen vstop in kasneje nastop na novem trgu. Z pisanjem magistrske naloge želimo pomagati podjetju Iskra-releji preučiti uspešno in učinkovito vključevanje na ruski trg. V kolikor bi se tekom analize literature in preučevanja podjetja izkazalo da je ruski trg primeren nov trg za podjetje, bi se podjetje zagotovo odločilo za vstop na ta trg. Uspešnost podjetja je odvisna od odločitev, ki jih sprejmejo vodilni v podjetju in na kakšen način bodo v novem poslovnem okolju reagirali v ključnih trenutkih. Zavedati se je potrebno, da je ruski trg izredno zahteven, zato morajo biti podjetja vztrajna in dobro pripravljena. Z nalogo, ki je predstavljena želimo podjetju pomagati pri odločitvi ali je ruski trg primeren za izdelke, ki jih izdelujejo in ali bi lahko podjetje na njem uspešno poslovalo.

Secondary abstract: In today's globalized world, International business is becoming increasingly necessary for companies to survive in the market and to keep pace with competitors. When a company decides to enter and appear in foreign markets, it is obliged to accept and learn new fea-tures, customs and characteristics of the new culture. Through this, a company is expanding its horizon, it oversees its competitors and explores new growth opportunities. However, the decision about entering a new market, is often very difficult, because beside to the positive sides, which can be obtained by taking this step, we must not forget that every international business also increases the risk for the company. Since the risk of failure is big, it is necessary to precisely study the decision of entering a new foreign market and also to be very well prepared for this step, if a company wants to achieve a successful entry and later appearance in a new market. Through this master thesis, we wish to help Iskra-releji consider effective and efficient integration in the Russian market. If during the analysis of the literature and the study of the company, it turns out that the Russian market is a suitable new market for the company, it would definitely decide to enter this market. The company's success depends on the decisions taken by the leadership of the company and how will it react in the new business environment at key moments. It is necessary to be aware, that the Russian market is extremely difficult, therefore, companies must be persistent and well prepared. With the presented thesis, we would like to help Iskra-releji in deciding whether the Russian market is suitable for products that it produces and whether the company can successfully operate in the market.
