Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisano delovanje peči za termično obdelavo izdelkov iz gume in silikona ter sama izdelava sistema vodenja peči s pomočjo krmilnika Siemens SIMATIC S7 ter postavitev nadzornega sistema, ki omogoča nadzor delovanja na daljavo, arhiviranje parametrov, nastavitve ter arhiviranje parametrov delovanja procesa ter povezava več peči v celovit sistem vodenja. Z nadgradnjo sistema podjetje prihrani čas in denar, del proizvodnje pa se s tem avtomatizira.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes the operation of furnaces for heat treatment of rubber and silicone as well as the actual making of the management system of the furnace by means of the Siemens SIMATIC S7 controller. It gives an insight into the development of a control system that allows remote control of the operation, archiving parameters, and both setting and archiving the operating parameters of the process. The thesis also presents the combination of various furnaces in an integrated management system. The upgrade of the system can thus allow company to save time and money and also to automate a part of its production.
