Abstract
Izhodišča: V zdravstveni negi je komunikacija izrednega pomena, saj z njo pacient izraža svoje potrebe in želje. Ključnega pomena je dobra komunikacija, ki poteka med negovalnim in zdravstvenim timom, pacientom in širše. Pri učinkoviti komunikaciji je pomembno poslušati in biti slišan, razumljen. Če se pojavijo konflikti, jih lahko z učinkovito komunikacijo rešimo.
Metodologija: V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo z namenom, da bi ugotovili, kako pomembna je učinkovita komunikacija za reševanje konfliktov v negovalnem timu, s pomočjo kvantitativne metode raziskovanja, in sicer anketnega vprašalnika, izvedli raziskavo v Zdravstvenem domu Lenart.
Rezultati: Iz raziskave je razvidno, da se člani negovalnega tima strinjajo, da je komunikacija pri delu vedno zelo pomembna. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, da 15 (71 %) anketiranih meni, da komunicirajo učinkovito oziroma kakovostno. 18 (86 %) anketiranih je pretežno zadovoljno s komunikacijo sodelavcev. Kot najpogostejšo oviro za učinkovito komunikacijo 9 (43 %) anketiranih navaja preobremenjenost z delom. 19 (90 %) anketiranih izraža, da se s konflikti srečujejo občasno. Anketiranci, in sicer 15 (72 %) vprašanih navaja, da ob besedi konflikt najprej pomislijo na nasprotovanje med udeleženci v komunikacijskem procesu. 11 (79 %) anketirancev je mnenja, da je kompromis najboljša strategija za reševanje konfliktov.
Diskusija in zaključek: V zdravstveni negi je učinkovita komunikacija zelo pomembna, s spretnostjo dobre komunikacije lahko s pogovorom v negovalnem timu dobro sodelujemo in rešujemo konflikte.

Theoretical background: Communication in healthcare is of utmost importance because it reflects the patient’s needs and wishes. Good communication between the nursing and healthcare team, the patient and on a wider scale is of key importance. Listening and being heard and understood is important for effective communication. If conflicts arise, they can be resolved with effective communication.
Methodology: The empirical part of the graduation thesis covers quantitative methodology - a survey in the health centre Zdravstveni dom Lenart the purpose of which is to determine how important effective communication is for resolving conflicts in the healthcare team.
Results: The survey shows the members of the healthcare team agree that communication is always very important in their work. The survey showed 15 (71%) of the interviewees think they communicate effectively or in a skilfully. 18 (86 %) of the interviewees are moderately satisfied with the quality of communication between co-workers. The most frequent obstacle for effective communication was stated by 9 (43 %) interviewees to be overburdening with work. 19 (90 %) of interviewees state that they occasionally encounter conflicts. 15 (72 %) of the interviewees state that the first thing they think of when hearing the word conflict is disagreement between participants of the communicational process. 11 (79 %) of the interviewees believe that a compromise is the best strategy to resolve conflicts.
Discussion and Conclusion: In healthcare, effective communication is very important; by mastering good communication, we can cooperate well in a healthcare team and resolve conflicts. |
