Abstract

V diplomskem delu so navedena tehnično tehnološka izhodišča, po katerih bo mogoče začeti postopen proces avtomatizacije končne montaže družine relejev TRK10. Nekdanje tri posamične mehanizirane delovne operacije z ročno strego se bodo združile v enovito napravo, ki bo sprva, zaradi tehnološke zahtevnosti, delno, v roku enega leta pa v celoti avtomatizirana. Poseben pomen ima dodatno vključeno samodejno čiščenje posamičnih sestavnih delov pred montažo, s čimer bomo preprečili morebitne kasnejše motnje funkcionalnosti releja ali celo izmet zaradi prisotnosti tujkov na delih kontaktnega sistema. Na ta način bomo poleg bistveno povišane produktivnosti povečali tudi kvaliteto in zanesljivost delovanja relejev, na drugi strani pa zmanjšali izmet v zadnjih fazah montaže, kjer je vrednostno najvišji.

Secondary abstract: In this degree paper technically technological points are stated. After which automation of final TRK 10 relay assembly process will start gradual. Previous three mechanised working operations with manual passing will be combined into one device. At first they will be automated only partly, due to technological difficulty and will be fully automated within one year time period. Special meaning to this has the additional integrated automatically cleansing nozzle for components before assembly stage. So possible interferences of relay functionality will be prevented or even scrap caused by foreign objects on contact system. This way we will essentially increase the productivity as well as the quality and reliability of relays. On the other side we will also reduce scrap on final assembly stages, where relay’s value is the highest.
