Abstract

Kakovost si lahko razlagamo, kot eno izmed izboljšav na vseh področji, h kateri strmijo vedno bolj, saj pomaga pri doseganju ciljev organizacije. V diplomskem delu smo se dotaknili uvajanja kakovosti v javnem sektorju in sicer na modelu, ki je namenjen in prilagojen prav za samoocenjevanje javnega sektorja. Na podlagi Skupnega ocenjevalnega okvirja smo podrobneje izdelali raziskavo, glede na njegova merila in sicer zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v javnem sektorju. Osredotočili smo se na kulturo kakovosti v javnem sektorju, odnose med zaposlenimi ter odnose z nadrejenimi. Na podlagi spletne ankete smo ugotovili, da se zaposleni zavedajo pomembnosti kulture kakovosti ter dobrega sodelovanja med sodelavci. Vendar pa je premalo poudarka na prizadevanju za uspešno reševanje postopkov, kar pa je v rokah nadrejenih.

Secondary title: The introduction of quality in the Public Sector in relation to the Common Assessment Framework
Secondary abstract: Quality can be interpreted as one of the improvements paradigm, since it helps in achieving the organization's objectives. In this diploma thesis, we focused on the introduction of quality in the public sector and on the model, which is designed and adapted for self-assessment of the public sector. On the basis of a Common Assessment Framework we conducted further research, according to his criteria, specifically on the employed in the public sector. We also focused on the culture of quality in the public sector, employee relations and on the relations with superiors. Based on an online survey, we found that employees are aware of the importance of a quality culture and good cooperation between colleagues. However, there is lack of emphasis on stimulation of efforts for successfully resolving the procedure, which is in the hands of their superiors.
