Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava sistem vodenja vzdrževanja v proizvodnem podjetju na področju avtomobilske industrije. Primerno vzdrževanje proizvodne opreme lahko izrazito zmanjša celotne proizvodne stroške in poveča produktivnost. Z uporabo RCM analize (Reliability - Centered Maintenance - v zanesljivost usmerjeno vzdrževanje) je nadgrajeno izvajanje preventivnega vzdrževanja, optimalni intervali pregledov in zamenjav opreme pa so določeni s pomočjo modelov optimiranja preventivnega vzdrževanja. Rezultati analiz so vključeni v kratkoročno kot tudi v dolgoročno načrtovanje. S posodobljenim načinom vzdrževanja bi obravnavano podjetje povečalo zanesljivost opreme in s tem zmanjšalo stroške, ki jih povzročijo nenadne odpovedi opreme, ter nadgradilo obstoječo bazo podatkov vzdrževalnih posegov.

Thesis deals with the maintenance management system in a manufacturing company from the field of automotive industry. Proper maintenance of production equipment can considerably reduce overall operating costs and increase productivity. The implementation of preventive maintenance tasks has been upgraded by using RCM analysis (Reliability - Centered Maintenance), the optimal intervals of equipment inspections and its replacement are determined by using the optimization model of preventive maintenance. The results of analysis are included in the short-term as well as in long-range plans. In the studied company, on the basis of the improved maintenance, can be increased the reliability of the equipment and thereby reduced the costs caused by the sudden failures of equipment, and upgraded the existing database of the maintenance activities. |
