Abstract

V Laboratoriju za industrijsko robotiko na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko (FERI) je bila za nadaljnje poučevanje industrijskih krmilj potrebna posodobitev zastarele študijske opreme. Več kot 20 let stare programirljive logične krmilnike (PLK) serije FX proizvajalca Mitsubishi je bilo potrebno nadomestiti z novimi, sodobnimi PLK istega proizvajalca serije FX3GE. Najprej smo spoznali nove krmilnike, nato smo načrtovali električno vezavo krmilnikov v delovnih postajah, obliko čelnih plošč krmilnikov ter vgradnjo v delovne postaje. Izdelali smo tudi prototipni sistem, na katerem smo preizkusili funkcionalnost novih krmilnikov ter delovanje aplikacij za potrebe predmetov s področja industrijskih krmilj na FERI.

Secondary abstract: In Laboratory for industrial robotics on Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science update of outdated equipment was needed for further teaching of industrial control systems. More than 20 years old programmable logic controllers (PLC) from manufacturer Mitsubishi's FX series needed to be replaced with new, modern PLCs from same manufacturer's FX3GE series. At first we got to know new controllers and then we planned electrical connections of controllers in work stations, shape of controller’s front panels and mounting into work stations. We also created the prototype system, on which we tested new controllers functionality and working of applications for the needs of courses from industrial control systems field on FERI.
