Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje proces izdelave ustreznega sistema za tokovno vodenje telekomunikacijske laserske diode. Rabi bi preizkusili,kako velik valovno dolžinski zamik je možno doseči, ko skozi njo steče kratek pulz z visokim tokom.Tako bi ugotovili, če lahko ustvarimo cenovno ugoden, nastavljiv laserski vir. V nadaljevanju je opisano teoretično ozadje, načrtovanje in gradnja vezja in rezultati meritev.

Secondary abstract: Study describes designing proces of current regulated system for telecommunication laser diode control. We would like to test highest possible wavelength shift by sending high current short pulses through it. That way we could find out if it is possible to design cost efficient tunable laser source. Next chapters contain theoretical background, planning and construction of circuit and measurements results.
