Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je izdelava in opis delovanja krmilnega sistema za regulacijo toplotne črpalke z variabilno močjo. Krmilni sistem skrbi za varno in učinkovito delovanje toplotne črpalke. Za izdelavo smo uporabili obstoječi krmilnik ogrevalnega sistema, v katerega smo implementirali algoritme za komunikacijo z ostalimi krmilniki, algoritem za regulacijo glavne obtočne črpalke in algoritem za regulacijo moči kompresorja. Regulacija sodi v področje vodenja sistemov, uporabili pa smo proporcionalno-integrirno-diferencirni regulator oziroma PID regulator. Ta tip regulacije je najbolj pogosto uporabljen na področju avtomatike, saj ob pravilnih nastavitvah parametrov zagotavlja stabilno delovanje sistema. Krmilni program je napisan v programskem jeziku Basic, ki nam omogoča dinamično pisanje programa in enostavno implementacijo lastnih algoritmov. Krmilnik, ki smo ga razvili in ustrezno nastavili, učinkovito krmili celoten ogrevalni sistem tako dobro, da je odstopanje regulirane veličine manjše od 1 °C.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the graduation thesis is to manufacture and describe the operation of the control system for regulating heat pumps with variable power. The control system enables safe and effective operation of the heat pump. The existing controller of the heating system was used for the manufacture which was upgraded with algorithms for communication with other controllers, an algorithm for regulating the main circulation pump and an algorithm for regulating the power of the compressor. Regulation falls within the scope of system management, we used a proportional–integral–derivative regulator or PID regulator. This type of regulation is most commonly used in the field of car mechanics because it ensures stable system operation if the parameters are set correctly. The control programme is written in the programming language Basic, which enables dynamic writing of the programme and simple implementation of our own algorithms. The controller we developed and properly set controls the entire heating system so effectively that the deviation of the regulated quantities is less than 1°C.
