| Secondary abstract: | Photovoltaics is becoming every year more competitive with conventional energy sources , especially in the field of small consumers . This will significantly affect the structure of energy production and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions . Thesis consist of a practical realization of the double-axle solar tracker . The theoretical part covers the basics of solar geometry , representation of different types of trackers . Below is detail presented an open source microcontroller ArduinoUno and MotoShield . To move the tracker I use 2 DC motor , a linear actuator for the slope tracker and a servo motor for moving the tracker in azimuth . Motors i control with double H-bridge and PWM methods. At the end i described the program code. |
