Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen del opreme, ki bo študentom na Višji strokovni šoli Ptuj v okviru izobraževalnega procesa služila kot učilo pri laboratorijskih vajah na področju mehatronike. Učni model je modularen, kar pomeni, da je sestavljen iz treh manjših postaj oz. manjših delovnih enot proizvajalca FESTO, med sabo združenih v funkcionalno enoto. Na teh postajah so industrijske komponente in elementi, ki jih študenti spoznajo v učnem procesu in so tudi vsakodnevno v rabi v različnih industrijskih panogah. To so: pnevmatske komponente, senzorji, električni pogoni, transportne linije, prijemala, skladišča, zalogovniki in programirljivi logični krmilniki. Vsaka postaja predstavlja del realnega procesa v industriji, vendar v pomanjšani verziji. V pričujočem delu so podane teoretične osnove, ki so potrebne za razumevanje delovanja opisanega problema. Tako je predstavljena metodologija načrtovanja in realizacije programskega krmilja, izvedenega s programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom proizvajalca SIEMENS.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the piece of equipment, which will serve the students of Vocational College Ptuj within the educational process as a teaching tool for laboratory work in the field of mechatronics. The learning model is modular, which means that it consists of three smaller stations or smaller working units manufactured by FESTO. These parts are joined to a functional unit. At these stations there are the industrial components and elements that the students get familiar with during the educational process and are used daily in variety of industries. Some of them are: pneumatic components, sensors, electric drives, conveyor lines, clamps, warehouses, containers and programmable logic controllers. Each station represents a part of a real industrial process, but in a smaller version. The thesis provides the theoretical basis necessary for understanding of the described problem. This is how the methodology of the planning and realization of programming controller, realized by the means of the programmable logic controllers manufactured by SIEMENS, is presented.
