Abstract
V diplomskem projektu smo analizirali storitve, ki jih ponujajo slovenske podporne institucije podjetjem pri njihovem vstopu na tuji trg. V uvodu smo najprej opisali področje in predstavili obravnavani problem, opredelili pa smo tudi namene in cilje, postavili hipoteze raziskave in navedli metode raziskovanja, ki smo jih uporabili pri pisanju diplomskega projekta. V drugem poglavju smo teoretično opisali pojem mednarodnega poslovanja podjetij ter predstavili dejavnike in motive. Sledijo opisi različnih oblik vstopa na tuje trge, med katerimi lahko podjetja izberejo najprimernejšo. Poglavje zaključimo s podatki o tem, kje se pravzaprav lahko pridobijo informacije o dogajanju in poslovnih priložnostih na tujih trgih. V tretjem poglavju smo predstavili delo Vlade RS, in sicer njen program glede tega, kako spodbuditi večje zanimanje slovenskih podjetij za internacionalizacijo do leta 2020. V nadaljevanju poglavja smo predstavili ključne institucije v Sloveniji, ki spodbujajo in ponujajo različne storitve za pomoč podjetjem pri mednarodnem vključevanju, ter še ostale institucije, ki kakorkoli pomagajo podjetjem. Poglobili smo se v aktivnosti, programe in storitve, ki jih ponujajo SPIRIT Slovenija, SID banka in Gospodarska zbornica Slovenije. V zadnjem poglavju diplomskega projekta smo analizirali finančne storitve, ki jih ponuja SID banka, ter nefinančne storitve pri SPIRIT Slovenija. Na koncu smo dodali še analizo izvoza Slovenije v obdobju 2009–2015. Analizo smo zaključili z navedbo ključnih ugotovitev raziskave. Pri analizi storitev smo želeli dokazati, da kakovostna institucionalna podpora zmanjšuje tveganja podjetij pri vstopu na tuje trge. Prav tako smo želeli potrditi, da v Sloveniji obstajajo javne in zasebne institucije, ki ponujajo podporo pri internacionalizaciji.

ǂThe ǂanalysis of Slovenian support institutions services for entering of firms into foreign markets |
Secondary abstract: |
This graduation thesis analyzes services offered by Slovenian support institutions to companies entering foreign markets. First part of this project describes the field, addresses the problem, and defines purposes, aims. We have set research hypotheses and listed research methods used while writing this graduation thesis. The second chapter theoretically describes the concept of international business and presents factors and motives following by descriptions of different strategies companies use to enter foreign markets. The chapter is completed with data where companies can gather information about foreign markets. The third chapter explains functioning of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and its program to encourage greater internationalization of Slovenian companies until 2020. Following are key Slovenian institutions, which encourage and offer different solutions for companies when integrating internationally, and other institutions aiding companies in any way possible. We have looked at the activities, programs, and services offered by the SPIRIT Slovenia, SID bank, and Slovenian Chamber of Commerce. The last part of the graduation thesis includes an analysis of a financial solution offered by the SID bank and a non-financial solution from the SPIRIT Slovenia, and an analysis of Slovenian export in the 2009-2015 period. The analysis is completed by listing key findings during the research. The service analysis was carried out to show that quality institutional support reduces risk of companies entering a foreign market. We also wanted to confirm that both public and private Slovenian institutions offer support when internationalizing. |
