Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja rekonstruiranje hladilnega sistema v proizvodnji filamenta, ki se uporablja za 3D-tiskanje. Hladilni tanki v obstoječi proizvodnji predstavljajo veliki problem, saj so neustrezno konstruirani, kar vpliva na kvaliteten produkt. 3D-tisk je ena izmed tehnologij, ki se je v današnjem svetu že tako razvila, da jo srečamo skoraj na vsakem koraku, ker pa tiskanje spada pod aditivne postopke oziroma dodajne postopke, je dodajni material zelo pomemben. Naloga torej govori o rekonstruiranju novega hladilnega sistema, s katerim se pridobiva žica za 3D-tiskalnike in prav hlajenje daje filamentu končno kvaliteto. Poleg opisa rekonstruiranja v diplomskem delu srečamo tudi opis postopka 3D-tiskanje in postopek pridobivanja vrvice za 3D-tiskalnike.

Secondary abstract: Work presents reconstructing a cooling system, in the manufacture of a filament, which is used for 3D-printing. Cooling tanks in existing production represent a big problem because they are improperly constructed, which affects the quality product. 3D-printing is one technology that is in the world today already so developed that it meet almost every step, because it falls under the printing or additive processes. filler procedures filler material is very important. The task, therefore, is about reconstructing a new cooling system, which produced wire for 3D-printers, and also gives a cooling filament final quality. Besides the description of reconstructing the thesis we meet the description of the 3D-printing process and obtaining cords for 3D-printers.
