Abstract
V nalogi se avtor ukvarja s temeljnimi značilnostmi in temeljnimi spoznanji znanosti s področja vodenja procesov, s poudarkom na proizvodnih procesih, njihovega upravljanja ter z učinki, ki jih vpeljava sodobne informacijske tehnologije lahko doda k uspešnosti proizvodnega procesa. Spoznanja znanosti tako s področja upravljanja in vodenja procesov, kakor tudi znanosti s področja informacijske tehnologije, je avtor v nalogi apliciral tudi na konkreten proizvodni proces pri delodajalcu in predstavil pozitivne zaključke, ki bi jih vnos novih informacijskih tehnologij v ta proces imel.

In the diploma author deals with basic characteristics and fundamental knowledge of process control scientific discipline with emphasis on manufacturing processes. Author brings in front operations managing and effects that high-end information technology introduces to increase production shop floor effectiveness. Author applies existing scientific knowledge from process management area as well as from scope of information technology, to real manufacturing processes at his employer. With highlighting positive conclusions that implementation of modern manufacturing execution system provides. |
