Constant changes in the economy, consequently causing changes in business processes and their supporting subprocesses. At the recent changes, when most development indicators pointing down, it all changes oriented to the optimization of business processes and ensuring efficient operations of the companies. Also, as the search for more effective implementation of all processes in companies, carried out processes to ensure effective implementation, including the departments of IT support for business processes. It is these sections IT support, while at the same time functions to ensure effective implementation, given the task to provide higher quality and more advanced implementation support for business processes. Thus, these divisions practically reduce implementation costs while ensuring longer, better and more advanced services, which represents a double contradictory effect change.
Certainly, there are viable also conflicting changes. With high quality projects and well-designed tasks of the transition, it is possible to find more unrecognized reserves in the implementation process. Even in this task, we have succeeded with a business approach, the quality of the census an Information Technology (IT) companies of the group and prudently planned tasks, a comprehensive transition of IT departments of all Group companies. Thus formed transition, however, interfere with the processes within IT departments, personnel organization, contractual relationships between group companies and with external partners, as well as a single application and infrastructure architecture. Planning and design of the expected positive effects of the transition are based on the implementation of ISO 2000 and the introduction of best practice ITIL processes in IT companies. |
