Abstract
Področje optičnega prepoznavanja znakov trenutno stagnira, saj pri pretvarjanju papirnih oblik v elektronsko dejansko že obstaja vse, kar si človek zaželi. Področje robotskega vida je vsekakor v vzponu že nekaj časa, predvsem pri večanju števila in izboljševanju humanoidov ter samovozečih avtov. V avtomatiki je optično prepoznavanje znakov zelo razširjeno, predvsem v farmacevtski in prehrambeni industriji. Tam je namreč potrebna kontrola variabilno natisnjenih podatkov na proizvodih. Odločil sem se razviti lasten sistem za prepoznavanje znakov, ki se lahko uporabi v avtomatiki.
V uvodu je predstavljena tehnika prepoznavanja znakov in izgradnja mojega sistema. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno generiranje G-kode, katero lahko uporabimo pri CNC strojih. Na koncu je prikazano testiranje programa.

The field of optical character recognition as such is a bit stagnant in this period because of the existance of many converters available for paper to electronic conversion or conversion of one format to another. There is actually everything a person would want. The robot vision however, is in the rise for quite some time now, as the number and developement of humanoids and self driving cars is rising. Optical character recognition is widely spread across automation processes, especialy in pharmacy and food industry. There, you have to inspect the variable data printing on the products. I decided to develop my own system for character recognition that can be used in automation.
In the introduction there is an explanation of the character recognition technique and gradually on how my system works. After the recognition there is a g code generator that makes the code for the use on cnc machines. At the end, there is a testing documentation. |
